Despite the credit crunch, Phil and Kirstie are as busy house-hunting as ever in the new series of Location, Location, Location. This week, they're off to expensive south west London to help two sets of homebuyers who have had no luck on their own.
South west London, like many parts of the capital, is a very varied area, but it's also highly sought after, driving house prices and competition for desirable properties. This week, Kirstie 'volunteers' to help hunky fire fighter James who has been looking for his first property for over a year with no luck.

Tired of living in the small flat above the fire station, James is searching for a roomier two-bedroom Victorian conversion with a budget of £180,000. Sounds alot? Doesn't go far in this neck of the woods...
Despite his cool exterior, James can't escape first time buyer jitters. Can Kirstie dampen James' fear and teach him to buy with his heart as well as his head, or will his hopes go up in smoke?

Meanwhile, Phil comes to the aid of former footloose and fancy free couple, Steve and Eloise. The brief for this couple is space, space and more space after Eloise gave birth to twin daughters six months ago.
With a budget of £330,000, this task isn't as easy as it may seem and a nervous Phil needs to convince the couple that if it is space they want, they will have to compromise on the area. With Steve's practicality clashing with Eloise's optimism, Phil's in danger of playing the ringmaster. Can he tame them before the fireworks start?
