E4 Extra focuses on comedy and entertainment and is home to scripted and unscripted acquisitions like Batwoman, Ramsay’s Kitchen Nightmares, Ninja Warrior Japan and Undercover Boss USA, as well as audience favourites like The Big Bang Theory, The Inbetweeners and Derry Girls.

Some of the older programmes we broadcast weren't made in HD, so we have to “upconvert” those from standard definition (720x576 pixels), but since 2011, we requested all of our commissioned programmes to be made in HD.

4seven began transmisison on Wednesday 4 July, 2012 at 7pm. 4seven features programming that created a buzz over the previous 7 days on Channel 4.

We'd suggest doing a search on the internet, as Channel 4 don't hold any information on advert music.

Channel 4 only transmits advertisements which have been examined and cleared for transmission via Clearcast. If you have a complaint about the content of an advertisement, this should be directed to the Advertising Standards Authority who investigate and adjudicate on complaints for all forms of broadcast advertising.
