What’s the best thing about being home?
Seeing my mum, family and friends but honestly food was a big thing out there for me and since I’ve been home I haven't stopped eating. I appreciate the small things that I didn't even notice existed before I went away.
What do you miss most about island life?
I really miss everything apart from the long-drop. I loved sleeping under the stars every night, watching the sunsets, sitting around a bonfire and singing to faith’s guitar but mainly I miss all the guys I lived with.
What was your most memorable moment?
This sounds really weird but the most humbling moment was on the day we didn’t win. The closeness that we realised that we had was all brought to the surface and we felt so proud to be sharks. All that mattered was the experience. I’ve made friends for life!
Worst part of the Shipwrecked experience?
The Long-drop.
Who did you get on best with?
Everyone!

Would you do it all again?
If the same people were there then yes
Would you recommend it to anyone else?
A billion percent. This experience was the best thing I’ve ever done in my life, it was indescribable, you will have to go to understand.
How has the experience changed you?
How has the experience changed you? It’s made me understand people more and I realise everyone’s got their own story which is why they are the way they are. I’ve got my confidence back and I appreciate everything a bit more which has changed my outlook on life. I’m a lot more positive, I don’t care about the way I look and my weight and stuff as much any more.
Was being “shipwrecked” what you had expected?
Yes and no. It’s as beautiful as I expected, maybe even more so, but I didn’t expect to get sucked into the competition as much as I did.
What does the future hold for you now?
Everything, I really am going to go for it. I want to do presenting so that is what I will do. I’m moving to London and moving in with Sarah and Lauren, my mum’s healthy and everything’s just amazing. Forget about the future for now anyway I’m holding on to the present! xxxx
