A Qantas flight is forced to make an emergency landing in the Philippines, soon after taking off from Hong Kong.
First a gaping hole in the floor, then part of the ceiling collapsed and then a bang as air rushed out of the cabin.
Investigators are now examining what happened to a Qantas Boeing 747 en route from London to Melbourne, 30,000 feet in the air.
The plane, with 346 passengers and 19 crew on board, had to make an emergency landing in Manila.
