Max Mosley wins £60,000 story as a judge rules his sex romps were not Nazi and not in the public interest.
It's a victory for the FIA chief Max Mosley, who will receive a record £60,000 in compensation for a salacious newspaper article, which the high court ruled was an intrusion into his privacy.
Mr Mosley did not deny taking part in the sadomasochistic role-play with five prostitutes in March but said it was consensual and private, with no Nazi overtones.
But with many newspapers relying on legitimate investigative journalism, what will the judgement mean for the freedom of the press in the future?
