Covid vaccine: Sister of blood clot victim ‘strongly believes’ people should get the jab

A pharmacist whose brother died of a rare blood clot after receiving the AstraZeneca vaccine says she “strongly believes” people should continue to have the jab.

Dr Alison Astles said her brother Neil had been “extraordinarily unlucky” – and has urged people to “keep saving lives” by getting the vaccine.
