150,000 children could die from starvation in Yemen, UN warns

The situation in Yemen is now so bad that the United Nations warned today that 150,000 malnourished children could die in the coming months if a Saudi-led blockade is not lifted.

Most of Yemen’s air, sea and land ports are closed, choking off supplies of aid, and worsening the humanitarian crisis resulting from over two years of war.
