25-year-old guilty of murdering Met Police sergeant

Metropolitan Police Sergeant Matt Ratana was doing his job at a custody centre in South London when he was shot dead with a smuggled gun nearly three years ago.

Today a 25 year old man – Louis De Zoysa – was found guilty of murdering him, after a three-week trial at Northampton Crown Court.
