63 killed in Kabul hotel blast

In Afghanistan, another bomb attack and yet again scores killed. This time the venue was a wedding in the western suburbs of Kabul. Witnesses say the bomber detonated explosives in the men’s section of a packed wedding hall. The Islamic State group says it did it. The bombing comes as peace talks between the US and the Taliban reach a pivotal stage. And just a warning, there are some distressing images in this report.
