Abuse survivor confronts bishop about Catholic church’s lack of action

Senior members of the Catholic clergy from around the world met for a second day today in the Vatican for a historic summit on child abuse. The summit was called by Pope Francis himself and is aimed at dealing with an issue which continues to plague the Church.

Paraic O’Brien has spent the day with an abuse survivor in Rome, as he met with the Church’s senior leadership to discuss what the summit would actually achieve.
