2m1,500 airport staff vote for Christmas strike over pay
If you’re hoping to join the great Christmas getaway next weekend then beware: check-in staff, baggage handlers and cargo crew at 18 airports across the country have voted for a 48 hour strike from December 23rd. Pilots at Virgin Atlantic and British Airways cabin staff are also planning industrial action over the festive period.
