Chinese businessman Yang Tengbo – who has links to Prince Andrew – has denied allegations that he is a spy.
He was banned from entering the UK in 2023 but today a court lifted his anonymity.
It prompted an urgent question in the Commons about the extent of China’s influence in the UK.
