Andre Spicer on Uber: ‘Many large tech firms will have to act like normal companies’

The European Court of Justice has ruled that ride-hailing firm Uber is officially a transport company and not a digital service. Uber had previously argued it was a technology service enabling people to contact each other, rather than a cab company.
