Anjem Choudary: Radical preacher sentenced to life in prison

The radical preacher Anjem Choudary has been jailed for life with a minimum term of 28 years, for running a banned terror organisation.

It means he’ll be 85 before he can seek parole.

Woolwich Crown Court was told his actions risked causing the deaths of “very many people”.
