Are Europe’s traditional parties fighting back against populism?

The UK is not the only country in Europe with deeply divisive political problems.

Anti-European parties are expected to do well in several countries tomorrow and focus has been on a surge of populism, with fears that far-right parties are on the rise.

But has there been a fightback by the traditional parties and other organisations which has gone unnoticed?
