Arthur Labinjo-Hughes: Father and stepmother guilty of killing six-year-old

Six-year-old Arthur Labinjo-Hughes died of an “unsurvivable brain injury”.

But in the months before his death his stepmother Emma Tustin poisoned him with food laced with salt and starved him. Today she was found guilty of child cruelty and murder.

His father Thomas Hughes was convicted of manslaughter after encouraging the assault that killed his son.
