At least 12 die after migrant boat sinks in English Channel

At least 12 people have died after their boat ripped apart as they were trying to cross the English channel.

More than 50 other migrants were saved by French rescue services when their dinghy sank after setting off from the coast at Cap Gris-Nez, which is between Boulogne-sur-Mer and Calais.
