At least 51 killed in Israeli strikes on southern Gaza

For the region, last night’s events felt seismic and pivotal.

For the people of Gaza, the night played out as many others have before, under Israeli bombardment.

The Health Ministry in Gaza said at least 51 people were killed in Khan Younis. And further north, more attacks .. on a school and orphanage where displaced people were sheltering.
