Australia hit by dust and hail storms after wildfires

As if Australia hasn’t had enough extreme weather – now huge dust storms are sweeping across drought-ravaged parts of rural New South Wales.

Clouds of thick red dust have been whipped up by strong winds. Australia has also been devastated by hundreds of bush fires since September – in which 29 people have lost their lives.
