Black and Asian people at greater risk of catching Covid-19, scientists say

It’s yet another inequality amongst the victims of coronavirus.

Black and Asian people are at greater risk of contracting Covid-19  than white people, according to comprehensive research involving more than 18 million patients, who had taken part in 50 separate studies.

The scientists say their findings highlight the need for earlier and more targeted intervention.

We met one family in Leicester who have been terribly affected by the virus.
