Boris Johnson holds emergency Brexit talks with Ursula Von Der Leyen

So it’s come down to a phone call to jump start stalled talks. The EU’s Chief Negotiator went back to Brussels this morning, leaving the Prime Minister and the EU Commission President Ursula von der Leyen to hammer things out.
