Boris Johnson snubbed by EU summit

Given that Britain is no longer part of Europe, how much influence does Boris Johnson have at summits?

He’s been vocal in calling on Nato and Western allies to step up their action and their military aid for Ukraine.

But he wasn’t invited to today’s third summit, hosted by 27 European Union leaders which is taking place now.
