More than 20,000 people have now died with coronavirus in Brazil – making the South American country the new epicentre of the pandemic.

But despite soaring cases, Brazil’s far-right president Jair Bolsonaro is still dismissing the risks of the virus and calling for lockdown measures to be eased.
