Brexit Secretary: Crunch commons vote to go ahead amid criticism and protests

The Brexit Secretary says Tuesday’s crunch vote on Theresa May’s EU withdrawal deal will go ahead despite MPs urging the Prime Minister to go back to Brussels to renegotiate. Parliament looks likely to reject the deal in a move that threatens to bring down Mrs May’s government. Today pro and anti Brexit campaigners were out in force – in separate demonstrations, but united against the PM’s deal.
