Kiev sceptical about ceasefire deal

My latest from Kiev, where despite the ceasefire agreement thrashed out in Belarus by the leaders of Ukraine, Russia, Germany and France, people in Kiev remain sceptical about the prospect of peace and are told to keep their “kalashnikov well oiled and ready to fire”.
