Thanks Bank, really!

 The power of Snowblog!! Posted 09.48 – at 10.16 my bank’s Visa section calls me.

‘That was the call centre Mr Snow – they don’t understand re-payments…the money will be in your account by 3.00pm this afternoon!’ Strange.

Was it the fuss I made and the threat to blog about it that got logged on Friday by the call centre?

Or was it the posting itself? Or did I get ‘special’ treatment/ Not sure. But the bank lady was sweet and apologetic…so am i feeling, right now.

So is this all about call centres? Well, doesn’t change my overall sense that reform is er urgently required to the banking sector, but then there isn’t anyone in Britain who doesn’t think that…or is there?
