Californian town of Paradise to take up to a decade to rebuild after wildfires

Ten thousand homes were destroyed, a third of the schools, and dozens of people died, amid the most destructive wildfires in California’s history. Rain is finally on the way, offering some relief, but officials warn the town of Paradise will take between five and ten years to rebuild. Some residents may never return.
