Cat Bohannon on women’s bodies, patriarchy and threat to human survival

The researcher and author Cat Bohannon has written an account of women and their bodies called Eve that’s more revolutionary than evolutionary. Gynecology, she says – is the very reason we’ve managed to succeed as a species and she claims patriarchy is a “runaway train” which could threaten human survival.

Jackie Long sat down with Cat Bohannon – and began by asking her why she felt she needed to write this book.
