CBI accepts it hired ‘toxic people’ and failed to sack offenders

The CBI has accepted that it failed to filter out “culturally toxic people” during its hiring process – after it published a letter to members accepting it made a series of mistakes dealing with allegations of rape and sexual harassment. The organisation’s President has said he feels a sense of shame.
