Chelsea Flower Show: A sanctuary for survivors of torture

Now nature can have the power to transform, and to heal and restore faith in the future.

That’s the premise behind a special garden at the Chelsea Flower show, designed to showcase the work of a charity helping victims of torture – and inspired by its gardening therapy sessions. The space includes medicinal plants and others which are able to thrive in hostile conditions, and it has just won a silver medal at the show.
