Child exploitation rising in Greater Manchester

There’s been a huge rise in the number of child exploitation offences in Greater Manchester in just three years. The Labour MP Ann Coffey’s report shows over 700 recorded offences and a near trebling of the number of children who are either victims of, or at risk of, child sexual exploitation.
