Clare Bowen on Nashville, her childhood cancer and solo album

She found fame playing a country singer in the US television series Nashville. Now, with the sixth and final season over, Australian actor Clare Bowen is releasing a solo album that’s been over five years in the making. But despite making it big in America, it’s her traumatic childhood experiences of battling cancer that has informed her music and her life.
