Clean up operation begins after Storm Bert

A massive clear up is underway in communities across England and Wales after Storm Bert brought widespread flooding over the weekend.

More than120 flood warnings are still in place, including a danger to life warning in Northamptonshire, where a major incident has been declared.

In South Wales, many residents are angry at forecasters and politicians, saying they didn’t get enough warning or protection against the floods.
