Climate advisers warn of surge in carbon emissions as UK lockdown ends

The UK is falling behind on its target to reach net zero emissions by 2050, the government’s watchdog has warned.

The Committee on Climate Change announced today that we need urgent changes to how we work, travel and build our homes.
