One man who thinks he can steer us out of the Brexit quagmire is the former Conservative chairman, Lord Maurice Saatchi. His private member’s bill in the House of Lords would see the UK stay in the EU with us renegotiating membership terms so they are more acceptable to pro-Brexit voters.
