Corbyn admits attending wreath-laying ceremony for Palestinian militants suspected of Munich massacre

He says he was present, but doesn’t “think” he was actually involved. It seems the Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn was at a 2014 wreath-laying ceremony for members of a Palestinian group suspected of carrying out the Munich Olympics massacre. Mr Corbyn said he’d been at the event in Tunisia because he wanted to see a “fitting memorial to everyone who has died in every terrorist incident everywhere”. The Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said Mr Corbyn’s actions deserved unequivocal condemnation by everyone – “left, right and everything in between”.
