Could Florida become America’s next coronavirus hotspot?

In the US, New York remains the epicentre of the coronavirus crisis, with 10,000 people now having died.

But a spike in cases is still predicted in other states – one of which is Florida.

The Governor there is a devoted supporter and friend of President Trump.

Both are being criticised for a slow response to this outbreak – and as ever, in an election year in Florida, one eye is always on politics.
