The Prime Minister today stressed to her Cabinet the importance of reaching an agreement this month but said this must “not be done at any cost”.

Theresa May told ministers that any delay could force the UK into a “no deal” scenario. The EU’s Chief Negotiator Michel Barnier said ‘we are not there yet’.
