Could Vote Leave’s Dominic Cummings be ordered to give evidence to MPs?

One of the leading figures in the campaign to take Britain out of the EU could be ordered to give evidence to a Commons inquiry into fake news. Damian Collins, chair of the Digital, Culture, Media and Sport Committee, has asked the Speaker for an early debate and vote to try to force Dominic Cummings to attend. He’s refused several requests to appear.
