It’s a crunch week for the cross-party Brexit talks between the Labour and Conservative parties.
That’s according to the Foreign Secretary Jeremy Hunt. Talks have resumed this evening but senior figures in both parties are increasingly doubtful that the discussions will be successful.
It could also be a crunch week for Theresa May. She is due to meet the Conservative party’s committee of senior backbench MPs on Thursday.
They want her to tell them when she will resign as Prime Minister.
