Cyclone winds and flooding cause disaster in southern Africa

Massive cyclone winds and severe flooding have swept across southern Africa, in what the United Nations is calling one of the worst weather-related disasters to hit the southern hemisphere. It’s believed over 2.6 million people are affected in Mozambique, Zimbabwe and Malawi.

Aid groups say thousands of survivors are trapped in remote areas. Entire villages are under water.
