Derek Chauvin trial: Court hears testimony from George Floyd’s girlfriend

In America, another case that is putting police practises under the spotlight is the trial of the Minneapolis officer Derek Chauvin over the death of George Floyd.

The court heard tearful testimony from his girlfriend today. And footage from Chauvin’s bodycam was shown.
In the previously unseen video, Chauvin is heard saying that George Floyd was “probably on something”.
