DeSantis’ presidential bid to begin with Musk chat but is it the end for Trump?

Twitter may once have been the social media turf favoured by former US president Donald Trump.

But tonight it’s his rival the Florida Governor Ron DeSantis who is expected to launch his 2024 presidential campaign during an audio-only event streamed on Twitter. And true to form it’s already drawn a stream of invective from Donald Trump in the political equivalent of Get Off My Lawn!
