A diverse array of people were invited to participate in today’s event – from the pioneering barrister who got a phone call from the Queen, the Lincolnshire farmer who took advantage of a centuries-old quirk in his family history to apply online for a role, and the Syrian refugee and a British Ghanaian hair stylist who got to know the King through the Prince’s Trust.
