Domestic abuse laws in England and Wales overhauled to include coercive control

Today the government announced a draft bill aiming to help survivors of domestic abuse. For the first time in England and Wales, there will be a legal definition of the offence, which will also cover economic abuse and coercive control. We went to a charity in West London with the Home Office Minister Victoria Atkins.
