Dr Feelgood guitarist Wilko Johnson dies at 75

The Dr Feelgood guitarist Wilko Johnson – who was one of the most influential figures behind the British punk scene – has died at the age of 75. Johnson had been diagnosed with terminal cancer ten years ago – and given just a few months to live – but he defied the odds.
