Edinburgh Festival returns with scaled down performances

Now that fun is back on the agenda, the world’s largest arts festival has managed to kick off in Edinburgh this weekend.

Last year, the pandemic meant the whole thing was cancelled for the first time in its history.

But with purpose built outdoor venues and scaled down performances, there’s a rather different look and feel to this year’s festival.
