Elle Edwards: Man guilty of murdering beautician in Christmas eve shooting

A man who fired a submachine gun into a group of people outside a Merseyside pub on Christmas Eve has been found guilty of murder.

23 year-old Connor Chapman killed beautician Elle Edwards, in an attack that the court heard was the culmination of a feud between groups based in two estates on the Wirral.

Today in court, Elle’s father welcomed the verdict, saying it would mean that no-one else would suffer at Chapman’s hands.
