Energy price cap: Birmingham families forced to choose between food or fuel

Millions of people will be forced to choose between food or fuel, as the price cap rises – even those considered comfortably off – and especially for those already struggling.

Like Birmingham – which has four out of the 10 constituencies in the country with the highest rate of child poverty.
