England A&E departments at record high with 10,000 patients waiting over 12 hours for treatment last month

High numbers of Covid cases are expected to put more pressure on the NHS – which is already under tremendous strain.

In England, the NHS says November was one of the busiest months it has ever experienced.

More than 10,000 patients were forced to wait over 12 hours in A&E before they were admitted to hospital – a record high or you might call it a new low.
